1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DAide (DAide), a product by TokoHQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
DAide is an automation platform that helps Digiflazz H2H resellers manage their products, prices, and suppliers. Our services include:
- Automatic price synchronization with cheaper sellers
- Seller comparison and reporting
- Brand tracking and monitoring
- Supplier rule management (whitelist/blacklist)
- Pending transaction monitoring and auto-complaint
- Scheduled bot runs for continuous optimization
3. Account Requirements
To use DAide, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Have a valid Digiflazz account
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Digiflazz Account Authorization
By connecting your Digiflazz account to DAide, you authorize us to:
- Log in to your Digiflazz account using the credentials you provide
- Read your product listings, prices, and seller information
- Modify your product prices based on your configured rules
- Submit complaints for pending or failed transactions
You are responsible for ensuring that the automation rules you configure are appropriate for your business. DAide acts on your behalf based on the rules you set.
5. Subscription & Payment
DAide offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Payment terms:
- Free tier (Pemula) is available at no cost with limited features
- Paid tiers are billed monthly
- Prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial months
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use DAide for any illegal purpose or in violation of Digiflazz terms of service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
- Use the platform to harm or disadvantage other Digiflazz users through manipulation
- Exceed the API rate limits or resource allocations of your subscription tier
- Share your account credentials with others or resell access
7. Limitation of Liability
DAide is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TokoHQ shall not be liable for:
- Financial losses resulting from price changes made by the automation
- Digiflazz account suspension or issues caused by automated actions
- Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
- Inaccurate seller data, pricing, or market information
- Actions taken by the bot based on user-configured rules
You acknowledge that you use DAide at your own risk and are solely responsible for the rules and configurations you set.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and intellectual property of DAide is owned by TokoHQ. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without written permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in activities that may harm other users or the platform. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, we will notify users via email or in-platform notification.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
