Account Information

When you register, we collect your email address, display name, and password (hashed using bcrypt).

Digiflazz Credentials

To provide our automation services, you provide your Digiflazz email, password, and TOTP secret. These credentials are encrypted using AES-256 encryption and stored securely. We only use these credentials to authenticate with Digiflazz on your behalf.

Usage Data

We collect logs of bot executions, price changes, and product scans to provide reports and analytics within the platform. This data is tied to your account and not shared with third parties.

Cached Data

We cache seller information, product data, and market prices from Digiflazz to improve performance and reduce API load. This cached data is refreshed periodically and is not used for any other purpose.

To authenticate with Digiflazz and perform price management on your behalf
To run automated bots for price syncing, seller comparison, and transaction monitoring
To generate reports, analytics, and activity logs
To provide customer support and respond to inquiries
To improve our platform and develop new features

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

Digiflazz credentials are encrypted with AES-256 encryption at rest
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with unique salts
Session tokens use JWT with configurable expiration
All API communications use HTTPS encryption in transit

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your Digiflazz credentials are only used to interact with the Digiflazz platform on your behalf. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Cached data (seller lists, product prices) is automatically refreshed and old entries are replaced. If you delete your account, all associated data including encrypted credentials, rules, and logs will be permanently removed within 30 days.
